This notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Its purpose is to explain, in a clear manner, which personal data may be processed by Codedcorp, for what purposes, and on which legal bases.

  • Information shared by the user regarding requests, projects, and proposal processes
  • Technical records such as IP address, user agent, processing time, and source page

  • Receiving and assessing contact requests
  • Managing proposal, project, business development, and client relationship processes
  • Operating information security processes
  • Managing commercial electronic communications and marketing lists where explicit consent has been provided
  • Complying with legal obligations and creating evidence in the event of possible disputes

Transfers

Personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with service providers supporting hosting, corporate email, technical infrastructure, security, analytics, and operations.

Transfers to competent public institutions or authorities are made only where permitted or required by applicable law.

Retention Period

Data is retained for the period required by the relevant process and for any statutory limitation or retention periods prescribed by law. At the end of the applicable period, deletion, destruction, or anonymization is applied as appropriate.
