This notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Its purpose is to explain, in a clear manner, which personal data may be processed by Codedcorp, for what purposes, and on which legal bases.
The duty to inform is distinct from explicit consent. Accordingly, this notice and any explicit consent declaration are presented independently from one another.

- Information shared by the user regarding requests, projects, and proposal processes
- Technical records such as IP address, user agent, processing time, and source page
Purposes of Processing
- Receiving and assessing contact requests
- Managing proposal, project, business development, and client relationship processes
- Operating information security processes
- Managing commercial electronic communications and marketing lists where explicit consent has been provided
- Complying with legal obligations and creating evidence in the event of possible disputes
Method of Collection and Legal Basis
Personal data may be collected through contact forms, newsletter subscription forms, email correspondence, digital communication channels, and cookie preference tools by automatic or partially automatic means.
Processing may be based on legal grounds such as necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the controller, compliance with legal obligations, and explicit consent where required.
Transfers
Personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with service providers supporting hosting, corporate email, technical infrastructure, security, analytics, and operations.
Transfers to competent public institutions or authorities are made only where permitted or required by applicable law.
Retention Period
Data is retained for the period required by the relevant process and for any statutory limitation or retention periods prescribed by law. At the end of the applicable period, deletion, destruction, or anonymization is applied as appropriate.
